Prep All Universal Metal Primer is an economical, single-component primer specifically engineered for direct application to ferrous metal surfaces subjected to mildly corrosive exposures. This quick-drying, rust-inhibitive formula provides fast production times and years of protection against corrosion. Formulated for air spraying, it can also be applied by airless and HVLP sprayers, brushes, or rollers.

Acrylic Metal Primer V110

Acrylic Metal Primer is a water-reducible, rust-inhibitive primer for steel, iron, and non-ferrous metal. It provides excellent adhesion to a range of hard-to-coat surfaces and can even be applied over tightly adhering rust. Designed for light-to-moderate industrial exposures, this product can be top coated with a wide variety of coatings.

Shop Primer V142

Shop Primer is formulated to handle moderate environmental abuse in commercial environments. Designed to prime ferrous metal, it is formulated for general metal finishing and fabrication, as well as industrial maintenance. It can also function as a temporary transport coat for fabricated pieces that will be blasted and refinished at the jobsite. Alternatively, Shop Primer can be left uncoated when used in interior, non-corrosive environments.

  • Economical protective coat

Polyamide Epoxy Primer V150

Polyamide Epoxy Primer is formulated for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals in industrial and commercial applications. This two-component, rust-inhibitive epoxy primer is an excellent choice for use as a rust-inhibitive base coat when used as part of a high-performance coating system. With proper top coating, it demonstrates excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals, including solvents, acids, and alkalis. Polyamide Epoxy Primer is also suitable for use on concrete substrates in secondary containment and immersion service applications.

100% Solids Epoxy Pre-Primer V155

100% Solids Epoxy Pre-Primer is formulated for use on clean, rusted steel where extensive surface preparation is needed, but not logistically possible. With its penetrating properties and extended dry time—16 hours at 25 °C (77 °F)—this two-component epoxy seals crevices and other imperfections, promoting better adhesion for subsequent coats. Its unique, 100% solids formula also drives out moisture and forms a sealed epoxy barrier that inhibits future corrosion.

Organic Zinc Rich Primer V170

Organic Zinc Rich Primer is a heavy-duty corrosion inhibitor for interior or exterior ferrous metal and weathered galvanized metal. It is made from an organic thermoplastic resin and leaves a finished film that is 83.4% zinc. While top coating this primer is optional, it accepts a variety of finishes. Additionally, weathered galvanized metal may be brought back to its original cathodic protection by using this product.

Waterborne Bonding Primer V175

Waterborne Bonding Primer is a performance coating specifically designed for application directly to ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates. It provides corrosion resistance as well as primary adhesion. Waterborne Bonding Primer bonds to steel, chrome, brass, copper, stainless steel, and other substrates.
